Through an innovative solution-building experience participants will apply an Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access lens to rural and remote lived realities. Respecting diverse experiences and expertise, break-out groups share insights and explore myths/biases that limit the full participation of women in all their diversity in the workplace, marketplace and communities across Canada. Building upon these shared understanding groups generate a sustainable systemic solution and learn how to put IDEAS into Action.

Please note:

Participants will be provided access to a Special EFN & IDEAS4GE Virtual Pre and Post Event Page through the email address you provided in your registration.

The use of your registration email will be temporary to promote an engaging experience. It will provide you access to information leading up to the event and will invite you to a Post Event page where you can provide feedback and gain access to the event tools, resources and recordings. You will also be provided with the opportunity to express an interest in learning more about the next steps in our solution-building process or to receive updates on the progress of the IDEAS4GE generated at the event.
