This session demystifies the Canada Revenue Agency's role in charity regulation, and gives key points charities should be aware of, to remain compliant with the requirements for registration. This 90-minute session includes an explanation of the CRA's draft guidance on registered charities making grants to non-qualified donees, and a 30-minute Q&A with Sharmila Khare, Director General of the CRA's Charities Directorate.
