Event Details

Indigenous Solidarity with Shanese is an in-depth workshop on how to better be in relationship with Indigenous peoples and their lands. Participants will unpack their own connection to colonization through thought provoking questions and group discussions. This interactive space will allow those who have joined an opportunity to think about ways they can play a role in reconciliation and how to implement real life tools to be in solidarity with Indigenous peoples.

This interactive workshop will support participants with on-your-own-time questions to unpack privilege, resource list and hands on practical action items. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and make any last minute remarks.
