Grant Writing 101: Introduction to Grant Writing for Not-for-Profits

Join us for an introductory workshop that will focus on Grant Writing 101. Participants will receive a general overview of basic grant writing principles, processes and best practices. Content is geared towards participants looking to enhance their understanding of how grants and foundations fit into the overall organizational, financial and development function.

• Increase your knowledge about grant writing and how to embed it into your organizational fundraising
• Access techniques to better inform your grant writing practice
• Learn how to apply core foundation theory to your fundraising
• Enhance your understanding about how COVID-19 has impacted grantmaking

*Please note this event will take place in English. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in French.

Apprenez à rédiger des demandes de subvention!

Le 25 janvier, de 13 h à 14 h, heure de l'Est.

Il comprendra un aperçu des principes et processus de base et des meilleures pratiques de rédaction de demandes de subvention. L'atelier vous aidera à mieux comprendre le rôle des subventions et des fondations dans la fonction organisationnelle, financière et de développement. Il vous permettra notamment de/d' :

• Acquérir des connaissances sur la rédaction de demandes de subvention et sur la manière de l'intégrer dans vos collectes de fonds organisationnelles;
• Intégrer des techniques de rédaction de demandes de subvention;
• Appliquer la théorie des fondations de base à votre collecte de fonds;
• Mieux comprendre l'effet de la COVID-19 sur l'octroi de subventions.

*Veuillez noter que cet événement aura lieu en anglais, mais que des services d'interprétation vers le français seront offerts.
